1. No Return Policy
Once an order has been shipped, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products. We encourage our customers to review their cart and product specifications thoroughly before finalizing a purchase.
2. Rare Exceptions (Incorrect Items)
The only exception to our no-return policy is if you receive a product that is completely different from what you ordered. In such rare cases, a return may be processed subject to the following strict condition:
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To be eligible for a return due to a wrong product, you must provide a clear, unedited video recording of the unboxing process.
The video must show the shipping label, the sealed package, and the moment the incorrect product is revealed.
Claims made without a proper unboxing video will not be entertained.
3. How to Report an Issue
If you have received an incorrect item and have the required video proof, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once the status of your order changes to “Shipped,” no cancellations or modifications can be made.
Note: Quickey reserves the right to make the final decision on all return requests based on the evidence provided.
