4. Shipping and Returns

No Returns: Once shipped, products are non-returnable.
Incorrect Items: Returns are only considered if a wrong product is sent and is accompanied by a mandatory, unedited unboxing video.
Dispatch: We offer same-day shipping for Pondicherry, Villupuram, Cuddalore, and Kallakurichi, and next-day dispatch for the rest of India.
